The discussion of the design and execution of buildings has been approached by different authors with a focus on the impact on the city, the ambience, the performance (behavior in use), the useful life and sustainability. It is understood that, in addition to these aspects, currently what is imposed on professionals who develop projects is the need to establish a different method of organization and management of the design process. It becomes necessary to review the schemes adopted so far to make interoperability between different design professionals feasible since the architectural conception, which becomes the responsibility of the entire team working in an integrated manner.
