DELIBERATIVE COMMITTEE
Highest instance of approval and collective discussion forum. It is responsible for approving regulations, modifying the research and organizational structure, issuing resolutions, forming coordination teams and committees, managing selection processes, appointing examination boards, allocating budgets, expenditures, and institutional support. The forum comprises all permanent, collaborating, and visiting faculty members; one student representative from the Master's program; one student representative from the Doctoral program; and one technical-administrative representative. All members have voting rights, except retired faculty members, even those with ongoing affiliations with the Program and UFRJ.
