After achieving Level 6 classification, granted by CAPES to postgraduate programs of excellence, PROARQ established the CG/PROEX Management Committee, tasked specificallywith overseeing the Financial Assistance Program for Educational or Research Projects (AUXPE) provided by CAPES.
The CG/PROEX operates under its Internal Regulations, which have been approved by the PROARQ's Deliberative Committee. This committe includes permanent faculty members, active collaborators, as well representatives from the student body and technical-administrative staff. The CG/PROEX Regiment establishes the following responsibilities:
- Publicly and accessibly disseminate PROEX regulations;
- Define the criteria for the use and distribution of resources, promoting transparency;
- Distribute received resources with broad disclosure of the processes involved;
- Ensure compliance with established requirements, making the obtained results public.
