For the issuance of the diploma, the student must submit all required documentation and the thesis or dissertation file to a specific drive. Access to the drive can be requested via email at ensino.proarq@fau.ufrj.br. The deadline for submitting documents is up to 60 days after the defense has been approved.
THESIS OR DISSERTATION FILE
- The file must be in PDF format and include the approval page, listing the committee members and indicating the chairperson.
- Collecting signatures on the approval page is not mandatory, in accordance with Resolution CEPG 03/2019 and Art. 5º of Resolution 128/2022.
- Appendices and annexes must be included within the same file.
- In accordance with Resolution CEPG/UFRJ nº 246/2023, the submission of printed volumes has been discontinued.

The cataloging card must be inserted as a JPG image in the pre-textual section of the final revised volume of the dissertation or thesis, as generated by the link provided.
