Head of PROARQ (2024-2026). Director of the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, FAU-UFRJ (2018-2022). Associate Professor at the Department of Urbanism and Environment (DPUR-FAU-UFRJ). Permanent professor of the Graduate Program in Architecture, PROARQ-UFRJ, where she served as Assistant Research Coordinator (2015-2017) and Vice-Coordinator (2014-2015). Titular Counselor of the Undergraduate Teaching Council, CEG-UFRJ (2016-2019). Deputy Director of Graduation, FAU-UFRJ (2014-2018) and member of the Structuring Teaching Nucleus (2012-2018). Member of the Capes Quadrennial Evaluation Committee (2017). Head of the Rio de Janeiro State Architecture and Urbanism Council (2012-2014), where she served as a member of the Education and Training Commission (CEF) and Deputy Administrative Director. Member of the Deliberative Council of the Institute of Architects of Brazil, IAB-RJ (2010-2014). Member of the Brazilian Association of Education in Architecture and Urbanism (ABEA) and of the Brazilian Association of Landscape Architects (ABAP). Opinionist of the Oculum Ensaios Magazine (PUC-Campinas), the Architecture Magazine of the Universidad de Chile, the Interfaces Magazine (CLA-UFRJ) and the Confluências Culturais Magazine (Univille). Participant in the Scientific Committee of ENANPARQ, ENTAC, ENCAC, SBQP and TIC. She develops two researches in the Culture, Landscape and Built Environment Research Line, which are supported by FAPERJ and CNPq: Sound landscape, memory and culture and Project, Planning and Landscape. Member of the research groups: Quality of the place and landscape - ProLUGAR and Open Space Systems in Rio de Janeiro - SEL-RJ. She works in Urban and Landscape Projects, both in consultancies and in interinstitutional partnerships. Education: Graduation in Architecture (FAU-UFRJ, 1985), Specialization in Urbanism (FAU-UFRJ, 1986), Master in Architecture (PROARQ-UFRJ, 1993) and Doctorate in Urbanism (PROURB-UFRJ, 2006).
