Proarq's Academic Master is a 24-month course, divided between the first year of compulsory + elective courses and the second year of production of the dissertation, with a degree received through PUBLIC DEFENSE at the end of the 2 year. All Master students of PROARQ must be guided by a Professor of the Permanent or Collaborating staff , in the following areas below, and may be co-supervised by other professors / collaborators of PROARQ or professors with PhD in other Graduate Programs, according to criteria adequacy to the research.
The Academic Master and Doctoral Courses of PROARQ were evaluated with the score 6 (six) by CAPES in 2017 - the highest level of evaluation among Graduate Courses in Architecture in this category.
Proarq has a number of scholarships by CAPES-PROEX quotas, adjusted to each evaluation by CAPES, and scholarships by specific Public Notices (FAPERJ and CNPq), requested annually. The current list of PROARQ SCHOLARSHIPS is available by CLICKING GHERE
