Graduated in Architecture from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (1991), Master in Architecture (2010) and PhD in Architecture (2014) by PROARQ from the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro where he also taught in the Project chairs of Architecture 2 and 4, Interior Design, Urban Design and Analysis of Urban Form, in the years 2005, 2006, 2009, 2013, 2014, 2018 and 2019. He is currently a researcher at PROARQ and Permanent Professor in the Professional Master's course at  FAU / UFRJ . Professor at the Veiga de Almeida University. He is currently Full State Counselor of the Council of Architecture and Urbanism of Rio de Janeiro (CAU-RJ). He has experience in the area of ​​Architecture and Urbanism, acting mainly on the following themes: Architecture Design, Urban Planning, Urban Legislation, Free Spaces System, Morphological Aspects and Landscape Design. In 2007 he worked as a senior architect in Hong Kong at the Benoy Architects office. In 2012 he taught at Estácio de Sá University in the chair of Project 1 and 2 Atelier. Author of the books O Rio de Janeiro nas Alturas (2004) and Inside Copacabana: discovering the free spaces in the neighborhood (2012).
