Retired Associate Professor at UFRJ, permanent professor at Proarq / UFRJ and collaborator at UERJ, in addition to visiting professor at UFPE / MDU. Graduated in Architecture and Urbanism from the University of Brasilia (1970), master's degree in Theories of Communication and Culture from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (1993), doctorate in Urban and Regional Planning from the Institute of Urban and Regional Research (1999) ) and PhD in Museology by the Lusophone University of Humanities and Technologies (2012). Post-doctorate in Museum and American Studies at New York University - NYU / USA. Vice President of Cultural Relations of the Institute of Architects of Brazil / Department of Rio de Janeiro; member of the Fiscal Council of the Institute of Architects of Brazil (National Directorate); member of the Advisory Council of the National Historical and Artistic Heritage Institute; and member of the Municipal Council for Cultural Heritage of the city of Rio de Janeiro. Researcher, ad hoc consultant and fellow at Facepe and Scientific and Regional Development of the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development - CNPq. She has experience in the area of ​​Architecture and Urbanism, with an emphasis on Planning and Design of the Urban Space, acting mainly on the following themes: architecture and urbanism, architecture of museums, cultural heritage and museology.
