Professor at the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism (FAU) and the Graduate Program in Architecture (PROARQ) at the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ). Architect with a Ph.D. in Engineering from COPPE-UFRJ, including a research stay at Université Pierre et Marie Curie - Paris 6. Former Postdoctoral Fellow (CNPq) at COPPE-UFRJ and recognized as a Young Scientist of Our State (FAPERJ). Serves as a supervisor at the Model Office of Architecture and Urbanism at UFRJ (Abricó-EMAU/FAU/UFRJ). Engages in teaching, research, and outreach activities related to the FAU Experimental Construction Site, focusing on materials and construction processes, the development and characterization of innovative and environmentally low-impact materials, the reuse of construction and demolition waste, digital image correlation applied to experimental techniques, and the diagnosis of construction pathologies in built heritage.
